Rtn Giridhar D is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Madras University and carries over 33 years of blended experience in Financial Services, Information Technology, Management Consulting and HR Strategy. After giving up Corporate life about 9 yrs back he started his own firm Caliber Konnections based in Chennai that focuses on Leadership Hiring & In-organic growth Strategies for Mid-Market Technology companies to help them Graduate to the next level forging Strategic Partnerships or in their search for the right leadership to drive growth. He joined Rotary in 2013 and since then has held most important positions at the board level in Madras West before he went on to be the President of the Club for the year 2020-21 .He also took active part in Dist 3232 affairs and has been as Regional Secretary, Member of Dist Vocational Services committee & Asst Governor Region 9 in 2023-24. Post the Bifurcation of the Dist 3232, He assumed the role of Secretary for Madras West 2024-25( second time) and also holds positions at the Dist level such as Vice Chairman Rotary leadership Institute for Dist 3233 & Deputy Chairman Fellowship of drama Loving Rotarians( FLDR). His Life Lessons: Time is the essence of life and no one has the right to waste someone else time. Embrace change but never forget the roots. He Loves singing ( especially Kishore & Rafi ) and truly believes music makes your Happy!
